there's something more under the sky

that i have fallen under

all this time i thought that i would never get here

i wish that i could stay til dawn

but its dark now, and youre gone.

 

its been thirteen years

since i have learned to read and write

the golden rule : it always seemed so bright

and everyone i knew

we were all we knew

to see the faces that have been there along the way

the good old friends that i have known all my life
