Natural Selection

A Poem by larry
"

this is a comedic poem. made for entertainment (well duh)

"
Natural selection
I'm the best
Natural selection
I passed the genepool tests
Natural selection
Darn my height
Natural selection
I can't fight
Natural selection
I'm allergic to air
Natural selection
life ain't fair
Natural selection
I'm starving
Natural selection
wait- how did I survive to adulthood?

Good use of repetition.
genes are not picked, but received.
It is natural to question the why of it.

Nice entertaining little ditty. The points you bring up are quite unusual & unexpected, requiring the reader to think a bit to relate it to the title & repeated refrain. I'm not sure what "allergic to air" means. I like your playful sense of inhibition. Well, now that I've read all your stuff posted here, looking forward to seeing what's next!?!??!

Don't worry , there are still more demons yet to come. Such is the process of natural selection.
