I see things

I see things

A Poem by ShooBLeeDoo

I see things that other people wouldn't even give a glance,

For example, the way people walk, the way they hold their stance,

I tend to look within, through the eyes, the gates to the soul,

I tend to watch their ways, how they act, and not what they recite from a scroll,

I like to watch the broken, for they're the hardest to read,

Its only that I've been there, that I understand their need.

This is very good. It's simply written so the message is clear which i like. Having been there helps to understand although I have one question - how can you know someone by watching? I'm not sure we can know someone anyway, least of all ourselves.
Well done - a profound and concise piece of writing.

I really enjoyed this! It made me think of myself in a way, I love people watching and I'm always looking at others and wondering about their lives. I really like your rhyming scheme, it makes the lines flow so easily into one another. Good job!
