The Lost Day

The Lost Day

A Poem by Kealland

The day began with a sweet sunrise and ended with a priceless sunset,
But was it that I didn't go through this day or did I just forget.
Was it such an uneventful day that it wasn't worth remembering,
Or did I think that this time I was given was not worth my living.
I can remember the beginning,I can remember the end,
But in my memory what comes between I cannot re-mend.
Without the knowledge of a single day can make a life feel small,
For if we can forget a single day can't we forget it all?
