One word is the reason

Matt. 15:11- "It is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person". ESV

Early morning, the sun was bright
Smell the sweet fragrance of light
But one word came out after another
And that wasted the soul of the mourner

Hiding in a dark space of the room
Poundering the things that was done wrong
Shouldn't cut the strips of mighty throng
Now, its empty and barren for long

The hovering and gloomy spirit
Still suffering from the fog of regret
It should face the more brighter path
But it let the grin take over the last

Let the sun bright again
Let the light be seen again
Let the smile shines again
And gain a living with no pain

A lovely message, nice delicate touch... A very well thought out poetry on the biblical verse... It is indeed true that what comes out of our mouth defines us, the words we choose to speak define our character and also our life... That's why Bible said us to be careful about our words we choose to speak.... This is a very true piece of message giving poetry... Really enjoyable to read...
