Suffering

Suffering

A Poem by Nocturnal Sunrise

Suffering

If life could be the same

only for one hour

Turn the clock to happiness

a memory to ponder

Filled with rage and furry

brewing with pain

Revengeful ways of torment

upon a memory ingrained

Haunting would be far too good

to honour you with death

Repose, pain and cruelty

till there’s nothing left

Creating purgatory on earth

hell within your life

Crippling you with venom

each day and sleepless night

No sentence would be long enough

suffer like you shall

Torment of your being

before the darkened ones
