Aching

Aching

A Poem by Nocturnal Sunrise

Aching

Heart felt moments, wander by

drifting slowly, ever more

Grasping thoughts of days long past

a keeper at each door

Each door unlock a vision

of broken unkempt ways

Together in a memory

vivid thoughts they stayed

Leering though each open door

truth a vibrant sight

My love for you waned softly

full of dread and fright

Never was the pain so clear

each single aching limb

Torn apart and ravaged

death came from the sin

In innocence distress was caused

destroying each and every plan

Each door forever open

for the beauty ,that is damned

I agree, speechless is an understatement. The feeling you portray is as close to one seeing inside another as it can possibly be. Adding to my library...
