BUONANOTTE MY LOVE

BUONANOTTE MY LOVE

A Chapter by Lafayette

BUONANOTTE MY LOVE

In the twilight of evergreens you slipped your hand in mine

The worlds inhabitants vanished and only the beat of your heart - my song

Te voglio bene assai - Ti amo, capire " I love you

Bring sweetly your love to me on hidden back roads,

down blackmoons hills, across blue sand beaches

Standing apart my soul falls into the soft sent  of your love

With all the tomorrows now in this moment wisphering

If I turn away, do not read anything into it "

I need catch my breath and hide the water in my eyes

Your kiss does that to me, my love

It drowns me in golden falls’ colors, like mornings on the Medterain sea

I silp from dream to dream and in your arms, through life times

Lovely poem. As usual, it is interwoven with intense need.
