In the Silence

In the Silence

A Poem by Lady Of Darkness

In the silence of the night
Underneath the pale moonlight
Darkness came and descended
While shadows played unseen

In the forests of the night
Underneath the pale moonlight
Wolves came out to roam
While their howls echoed unheard

In the darkness of the Night
Underneath the pale moonlight
Vampires haunt for their beds
To hide before the breath of dawn

In the silence of the night
Underneath the pale moonlight
Darkness hides mysteries unknown
Those that are better left alone

In the silence of the night
Underneath the pale moonlight...

In the silence of night..I find peace...
This is wonderfully graphic and well written Hon. I love the flow of this piece, it eases from oe stanza into the next with ease.
Bravo, My Love :)
