Lady Caroline Matilda Carey is the daughter of Lord Richard William Carey and Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard.

Lady Caroline Matilda Carey is the third daughter of Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard nee Lowell and eldest child of Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory.

Lady Caroline Matilda was born on her father's 32nd birthday on June 18, 2282.

Lady Caroline Matilda was named in honor of Queen Caroline Matilda who was the youngest but posthumous daughter of Prince Frederick of Wales who was the oldest of King George II of England and Queen Caroline of Ansbach.

Princess Caroline Matilda was married to her first cousin, Prince Christian VII of Denmark and shortly after he became King Christian VII of Denmark. Queen Caroline Matilda gave birth to their son, Prince Frederick and Princess Louisa Augusta.

King Christian VII is much like his first cousin, King George III of England and he suffers from mental illness and he is a weak king.

Like her great-grandmother, Princess Sophia Dorothea of Celle. Queen Caroline Matilda takes a lover as her great-grandmother did and both suffer the same fate -Divorce from their husbands, separation from their children, and they die in Celle.

Finally, Lady Elizabeth is the one who carries Lady Caroline Matilda back into her mother, trailed by her sister and brother.

Lord Anthony Christopher is carried in by Lord Richard William and he is placed into his mother's arm and he asks, "Where is my little brother mama?"

Lord Richard William Carey escorts his daughter and one by one the father's present their sons to the Lord Richard William Carey as they seek to marry their oldest sons to his heiress as he is the great-great-grandson of Lord Frederick William Howard and the great-great-great-grandson of Lord Patrick William Howard that is a direct descendant of King Henry II of England and Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine and their son, King John and his son, King Henry III and his son, King Edward I of England and his first wife, and his second wife, Queen Margaret of France who had Lord Edmund of Couchback and Lady Margaret of Brotherton, Duchess of Norfolk who married Lord John Seagrave whose daughter, Lady Elizabeth Seagrave married Lord John De Mowbray who had Lady Margaret de Mowbray who married Lord Robert Howard and they had Lord John Howard, The First Howard Duke of Norfolk.

Lord Richard William Carey looks at the gentlemen and tells them " Do you see who is sitting in the balcony. Lady Karissa who is Lady Caroline Matilda's mother and if she has insisted that our daughter marry for love. I dare not cross her as she is Duchess of Norfolk Territory."

Lady Karissa looks down with Lady Elizabeth and Lord Anthony Christopher and she watches all the men try to bargain for her daughter, Lady Caroline Matilda.

Lady Karissa, surrounded by her two eldest children, Lady Elizabeth and Lord Anthony walk over to where Lord Richard William is standing talking to the gentlemen and when she approaches they bows to her and her children.

"Gentlemen. My daughter is not on the marriage market and she is not going to be used as a pawn in your aristocratic marriage games."

"Look elsewhere for your son's brides." Lady Karissa tells him.

"Lady Karissa. I have a fine son looking for a bride." One gentleman explains.

Lord Anthony Christopher says " I have a fine sword to cut your son into collops if he dares touch my sister."

I am one day going to become the Duchess of Norfolk Territory and Lady Caroline Matilda is the great-great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord Patrick William Howard through his son, Lord Frederick William Howard and his daughter, Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard."

Lady Karissa explains " My children from either Lord Andrew Charles and Lord Richard William are not on the marriage table."

"I had four children with Lord Andrew Charles Howard and two with Lord Richard William Carey, and I have one more to go." Lady Karissa states.

"I beseech you to look elsewhere for your son's brides." Lady Karissa explains.

Lord Andrew Charles shows up at the cotillion with Lord Albert Edward who is 14  years old and he walks over to where his mother,sister and brother are he says " Touch my sister. I will rip you to shreds."

Lord Andrew Charles looks at the gentlemen and they bow to him and say "Your Grace, we weren't expecting you here."

"I am here and I am here to tell you that my daughter, Lady Caroline Matilda is not for sale." Lord Andrew Charles states, "Lord Richard William Carey is her biological father but I am her legal father. What my Duchess says goes."

"Lady Caroline Matilda Carey is the great-great-great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord Patrick William Howard through her great-great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard and her through her great-great-great-grandmother, Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard who was my grandfather's sister." Lord Andrew Charles states.

"I am sure in time Lady Caroline Matilda will marry the man of her own choosing." Lord Andrew Charles tells them.

Lord Richard William Carey explains, "I am sorry gentlemen, but Lord Andrew Charles and my daughter are second cousins and they are second cousins once removed."

The gentlemen bow and they walk away with their sons disappointed and Lord Andrew Charles looks at his first cousin thrice removed and says. " Lady Caroline Matilda isn't up for sale on the marriage table. Such marriages are disastrous and lead nowhere."

"Think Cousin, Lord Richard. What my grandfather did for your great-grandfather and-great-grandmother along with our great-uncles by their side. They would have cut our great-great-grandfather into collops if Lord Frederick William wouldn't have allowed Lady Sophia Charlotte to marry your great-grandfather, Lord William Carey." Lord Andrew Charles explains.

"My grandfather before he died told me the story as I am sure your grandfather Lord George told you the story." Lord Andrew Charles states.

"My grandfather pulled out his sword along with Lord Frederick William and Lord Andrew Charles and they told Lord Frederick William " Allow our sister the right to marry for love since you won't do it for us."

Lord Frederick William Howard SR agreed when he saw his three sons pull out their swords and Lord Frederick William III's father told him " I will cut you into collops and I don't want to make our mother into a widow."

Lord Thomas William Howard tells Lord Richard William Carey "I heard the story from my father, Lord Phillip and his father, Lord Edward."

I am Lord Kevin Thomas Riley and who might you be?"

"Monsieur Riley. My mother is Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard nee Lowell and my father is Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory." Lady Caroline Matilda tells him.

"I have a little brother, Lord Benjamin Lawrence Carey, Duke of Langley territory who was born in 2299. He is ten years old now." Lady Caroline Matilda explains.

"My oldest brother, Lord Anthony Christopher Howard was born in 2280 and he is 19 years old and we share our birthdays together." Lady Caroline Matilda explains.

"My father has a treasured picture of your mother, Richard Williams and him in a silver picture frame on his table that was taken out in Pembroke Territory in 2277, after she had your older sister, Lady Samhain." Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II tells her.

"Why yes." Lady Caroline Matilda tells him.

"Are you courting anyone?" Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II asks.

"No. Lord Riley I am not courting anyone. I am only 17." Lady Caroline Matilda answers.

"My intentions are honorable as I am sure your dear mother would approve." Lord Kevin Riley II tells her.

Lady Caroline Matilda looks at Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II and he takes out the picture of her mother, with his father and their best friend, Richard Williams and says, " Look at this picture."

Lady Caroline Matilda takes the picture and she exclaims "It's mom with her two best friends. She has the same picture on her nightstand at Beltane Manor."

Lady Caroline Matilda accepts Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II's offer to court her and they start to court each other.

Lady Caroline Matilda takes Kevin Thomas Riley SR and his son, Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II home to Beltane to see her mother, Lady Karissa at Beltane Manor.

Kevin Thomas Riley SR now 51 years old and Lady Karissa who is 44 years old see each other at Beltane Manor and Kevin Riley has been married to Lady Isabella Collins since 2278 for 21 years and they have two children, Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II and Lady Karen Roberta Riley named for his mother and father along with his sister who were executed by Kudos on Talos IV.

They reside out in Wessex Territory in the country estate that Lord Joshua Collins helped build along with Lord Patrick William Howard in 2163 and it is known as Collinswood Manor.

Kevin Thomas Riley courted Lady Isabella Collins in 2277, and married her in 2278 and in 2280, Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II was born to them and in 2286, Lady Karen Robert Riley was born.

Kevin calls out "Karissa. It's Kevin." and Lady Karissa looks up and she smiles and they walk toward each other and Kevin picks her up and he holds her and he gives her a kiss " How have you been Karissa?"

"Mom. Look, I have brought your two best friends back to you." Lady Caroline Matilda tells her mom.

Lady Caroline Matilda introduces Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II to her father, mother, and step-father and Lady Karissa smiles " You couldn't have made a better choice." Lady Karissa tells her daughter.

Lord Richard William Carey is delighted in her choice too as is Lord Andrew Charles Howard and Lady Elizabeth, Lord Anthony,Lord Albert Edward, Lady Samhain, and Lord Benjamin Lawrence Carey.

Lady Caroline Matilda and Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II marry each other in June of 2302 when Lady Caroline Matilda turns 20 years old and he is 22 years old in the chapel at Beltane Manor.

The wedding is the first interfaith marriage between a Celtic Pagan and Christian-Roman Catholic and they incorporate both faiths into their marriage ceremony with a Roman Catholic Priest and A Pagan High Priestess.

Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II celebrates the Pagan Sabbats with Lady Caroline Matilda on Samhain, Yuletide, Imbolc,  Ostara ,Beltane, Litha, Lammas, and Mabon and she celebrates The Feast of the Immaculate Conception Thanksgiving, Christmas, Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God and Assumption of Mary and All Saints' Day and All Souls Day but Pagans call it "Samhain" it is their New Year and the day the honor and remember their deceased ancestors and love ones that have gone on before them.

Samhain October 31, Lady Caroline Matilda places a picture of her deceased ancestors out and they are Lord Patrick William Howard, Lord Robert Carey, Lady Margaret, Lady Eleanor, Lord Frederick and Lady Jeanette, Lord George and Lady Henrietta, Lord Robert and Lady Lettice Lady Sophia Charlotte and Lord William and along with one with Lord John Howard and Lady Katherine de Moleyns and Lord Robert Howard and Lady Margaret de Moleyns and Lady Elizabeth Howard and Lord Thomas Boleyn and Lady Mary Boleyn and Lord William Carey and Lord Henry Carey and his wife, and Lord William Howard and Lady Margaret Gamage and their children, Lady Catherine Carey and Lord William Howard and she gives thanks to her ancestors as well as to Robert Thomas Riley and his wife, Karen Riley as well.

Lord Kevin Thomas Riley and Lady Caroline Matilda attend All Soul's Day and they remember the ancestors again.

Lord Kevin Thomas Riley and Lady Caroline Matilda Carey-Riley have three children, first born in 2305 a daughter arrives and she is named for her two grandmothers, Lady Isabella Karissa Carey and in 2310 she has a son, Lord Kevin Thomas Riley III and in 2312 she has a second daughter, Lady Sophia Charlotte Elizabeth Riley named for her two paternal great-great-grandmothers , Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard and Lady Elizabeth Collins.

Lady Caroline Matilda Carey-Riley succeeded her father to the Dukedom of Bedford Territory in 2331 after her father dies in June of 2331, but she loses her beloved mother, Lady Karissa in June of 2330.

Lady Caroline Matilda Carey-Riley governed Bedford Territory from 2330-2380 and she is 88 years old when she passes away and her daughter Lady Isabella Karissa Carey succeeds to the Dukedom of Bedford Territory in 2380.

It is Lord Kevin Thomas Riley III's grandson, Lord Kevin Thomas Riley V that marries Lady Karissa Elizabeth Howard in 2359 and she is the daughter of Lady Victoria Elizabeth Howard and Lord Andrew Charles Howard III.
