Lt Kevin Thomas Riley

Lt Kevin Thomas Riley is one of Cadet Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell love interests.

Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley was born on Tarsus IV colony and when he was 17 years old he saw many of the people murdered by Kudos and including most of his family and in 2270 he entered Star Fleet Academy to study navigation and engineering.

Kevin Thomas Riley never forgot the massacre on Tarsus IV and when he entered Star Fleet Academy he vowed to seek revenge on Kudos for killing his family as away of population control.

Kudos with his daughter escaped and The United Federation of Planets or Star Fleet Command had no idea where his daughter and he went to after they fled Tarsus IV.

Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley was a young man with a mission to complete his education at Star Fleet Academy and with the hope of good grades he would obtain an internship on board the U.S.S. Enterprise.

When Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley saw Cadet Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell sitting on top of the hill that over looks Star Fleet Academy. She was sitting under the tall, oak, tree that overlooks Star Fleet Academy.

Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley was mesmerized by Cadet Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell that was dressed in a Victorian style dress of navy blue and a bonnet.

Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley wondered  who she was and he decided to take a chance and walk up on the hill to introduce himself.

Lt Kevin Thomas Riley walks up to where Cadet Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell is sitting and he bows and he introduces himself to her, "Good Day I am Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley." Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley tells her.

Cadet Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell doesn't look up from her novel that she is reading until he repeats himself for a second and she answers, "Good Day Lt. Riley. I heard you the first time and I don't like parrots."

"Parrots Cadet Lowell." Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley asks.

"You know those colorful birds that like to repeat what they hear people say." Cadet Karissa Lowell answers.

"I have read about them while I was in school." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley explains.

"Parrots are larger than Parakeets." Cadet Karissa Lowell explains.

"When did you arrive and from where did you come from?" Lt Kevin Thomas Riley asks.

"I arrived from Planet Earth and I use to live on the East Coast of the United States." Cadet Karissa  Lowell explains, "You Lt Kevin Thomas Riley?"

"I come from Tarsus IV colony." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley explains, "I lost most of my family on a massacre on that colony." 

"I am sorry for your loss Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley, but as I see it we don't die." Cadet Karissa Lowell tells him.

"We go onto Valhalla to be with Odin and Freda and we dance, sing, and    drink, love, and fight." Cadet Karissa Lowell explains.

"I am a Christian-Catholic Cadet Lowell and I believe in the Resurrection." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley explains.

"I do believe that one God can't handle this universe in the state it is in." Cadet Karissa Lowell explains.

"Who is your Patron Saint?" Cadet Karissa Lowell asks.

"My patron Saint Brendan the Navigator as I am from Irish ancestors." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley tells her.

"I am Native American, English, Irish, French, and Scottish." Cadet Karissa Lowell explains.

"My ancestors were mainly Huguenots from Rochelle, France and Protestants from Ireland, England, and Scotland." Cadet Karissa states.

"Lt Kevin Thomas Riley do you realize that Christianity is routed in haltered and violence throughout history. Look what happened during the Spanish Inquisition during Queen Isabella of Castile and King Ferdinand of Aragon's reign and looked what happened on the Saint Bartholomew Day Mascara in Paris, France." Cadet Karissa Lowell explains.

"Look what happened to the peaceful Quakers in New York by other Christian Protestants and look what happened to Christian Catholics by Christian Protestants." Cadet Karissa tells Lt. Kevin Riley.

"I simply don't understand why any sensible person would follow a Jewish God that expects you to hate your fellow man for be different." Cadet Karissa Lowell explains.

"We are not all cut from the same mold and we should accept people as they are and not try to fit our mold." Cadet Karissa Lowell explains.

Lt Kevin Thomas Riley is thoughtful when he listens to Cadet Karissa Lowell explain it takes many kinds of people to make the universe go around.

"Where do you live Cadet Lowell?" Lt Kevin Thomas Riley asks.

"I live  out in the countryside at Madame's Boarding House." Cadet Karissa Lowell explains.

"You, Lt Kevin Thomas Riley.?" Cadet Karissa Lowell asks.

"I live on Star Fleet Academy in a dorm with two other officers." Lt Thomas Riley answers.

"How very dull Lt. Riley?" Cadet Karissa Lowell answers, "I prefer Madame's Boarding House."

"It is surrounded by gardens, meadows, and forests." Cadet Karissa Lowell tells him.

"What are you studying Cadet Karissa Lowell?" Lt Kevin Riley asks.

"I am majoring in medical science with a degree in pediatrics." Cadet Karissa Lowell explains, "You Lt Kevin Thomas Riley?"

"I have a double major of Engineering and Navigation." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley answers.          

"I am a Junior and next year I am up for an internship on the United Starship Enterprise with Captain James T. Kirk." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley explains.

"I will take my internship down here when I come to it." Cadet Karissa Lowell answers.

"You know Cadet Karissa Lowell. They have four dances here a year at Star Fleet Academy?" Lt Kevin Thomas Riley tells her.

"The first one is six weeks after the first semester starts at Star Fleet Academy." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley tells her " I would really love to escort you to the first dance." 

"I will consider it Lt Thomas Riley." Cadet Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell tells him.

"Do you dance Lt Kevin Thomas Riley?" Cadet Karissa Lowell asks.

"I have to admit I have two left feet Cadet Karissa Lowell, but I am willing to learn if you will teach me." Lt Kevin Thomas Riley explains.

"I love to waltz and dance." Cadet Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell tells him.

"With your permission I would like to come and visit you out at Madame's Boarding House?" Lt Kevin Thomas Riley asks.

"Suit yourself Lt Riley." Cadet Karissa Lowell answers and with that the conversation ends and Lt Kevin Thomas Riley walks away and back down the hill towards Star Fleet Academy.

Cadet Karissa Lowell continues to read her novel but she watches Lt Kevin Thomas Riley walk away.
