Momentum showing
Liftoff slowing

A slate to erase
Wiped clean of heavy mind
The tasks that weigh down

The freshness of blankness
Strains away those fraying weights
Reanimates

Flowers pop and bloom
Where numbers once consumed

Possibilities burst open
And onto the mind's slate
The rays of life effortlessly create

A song or poem for the Prime Creator
A nourishment of gratitude
For all the slate can hold
