Pausing

Pi brings math
To nature's secret doorway
As lines
Describe triangles hiding circles

We're all too happy,
Ignoring our beauty
Trading down our light
For a trip out of time's eternal line

Bury the loot
As dogs with their bones
Digging
When hungry enough

Pausing is not cheating
Not backward flowing
You are still
Where secrets reveal
