The Lamentations over the loss of a love one

I miss you oh yes I do
All I can do is think about you
I think of all those happy times
now all that is left are tears and crying

I think of us when we together
Now there is just me and I cry alone
wishing I was with you again.

Your death was hard on me
I don't think I ever get over it
I had prayed you would have opened
your eyes on last time so you could see
that I never left you no not all the time.

I wait, I wait until my time does come
and we are back together my love.
Until that time comes to us my love
all I can do is cry.

Whether through death or another way of parting, losing a loved one is hard. It leaves a whole in your heart. I totally relate to this poem. Especially right now.
