QUEEN VASHTI KNIGHTS LORD RUFFUS AS SIR RUFFUS BEFORE HE GOES OUT INTO BATTLE

"I will send you a messenger letting you know of King Eros and I will tell him of the good news that your majesty has given birth to a fine healthy son." Sir Ruffus said.

"Yes spread the good news that the Kingdom has an heir and that I wish my Lord to return as soon as possible." Queen Vashti said and she sent Sir Ruffus of Nibia on his way.

 

Queen Vashti did not hear any news of King Eron nor Sir Ruffus for a very long time. But finally a messenger appeared with the good news that the enemies of Nibia were about to surrend and that Nibia and her neighbors were truimphant.

 

Queen Vashti was overjoyed of the good news that her Lord and Sir Ruffus were to come home and there were few casualities.

 

Queen Vashti was out in the royal garden playing her lute when she heard the royal trumpets approach the castle. She knew that her Lord would know where she was when he entered the palace. "Where is our son and heir dear Vashti?" King Eron asked.

"Our son is taking his nap now sire. He is but 3 months old." Queen Vashti said, "You may quietly slip into the royal nursery to see him. Please don't wake him up. His nurses have a hard time putting him down for his nap."

 

"I will wait until he wakes up." King Eron said.
