Liie a Raven Dead And Falling

Liie a Raven Dead And Falling

A Poem by Violet's Run
"

Love gone so wrong it stinks

"

Like a curse from a voodoo queen,

That lingers in a graveyard rare

I felt the chill of desperation

To the bone of my lost love caring

I fought the fight of all despairing

It seems so futile to try and remember

The thing we called

our love.

It has a lineage of disaster

Linked with all kinds of dreary laughter

I fought the fight to end my pain.
I was over run by your domain.

In the end it feels like winter.

Cursed with carnage and a splinter.
I feel the dread of night calling.
Like a black raven dead and  falling.
To the graveyard of our love.

Interesting title drawn me in and your poem meaning they did sing

I feel the dread of night calling
Like a black raven dead and falling
To the graveyard of our love

Deep down I know this is good poetry.
