Time and ManA Poem by Violet's RunMankind do we know what is going on tomorow? Do we realize how tiny we are in the speck of time? The road that wanders though our lives It takes a winding route Some days it is fair and friendly IT offers hope and faith Some days it leads to sorrow With disasters in our midst Man is but a voyager On this ever transient road His impermanence is annoying His chaotic trials a joke What is the grand design in a million years Do we even know? How can we care of what we make today When we will not know it after death Our perspective is so tiny ON the stage of Cosmic play That i doubt we'll get a place card On the table set by God.
