Love's Intoxication

Love's Intoxication

A Poem by Violet's Run
"

without love there is no reason for life nay it could not exist with out if for life is made of love.....

"
Tender is the night and the day when love is born
The sunlight takes on the sparkle of gold reflected in love's eye
It makes blue sapphires out of the ordinary pond and
Lush fields of liquid jewels in the meadow common
A butterfly can become a fairy queen paying tribute
To the one that walks on the breeze of my heart
She is the wind that whispers through my hair
The heat of the sun as it burns into my soul
Without love there would be no life nay
without love, there would be no reason for life
Come and dance this day oh my children
Let your cares out on the table of time
As the seasons come and go unending
may you never know a moment's woe
It is the dance of ages the eternal ebb and flow
the male and the female each separate and as one
Oh just when you think you understand a thing
It goes and throws a curve ball
In the shape of loves intoxication and repose
Let me abandon myself in your seduction
