2016 New Year’s Resolutions of LadyAnn

 

Let me keep faith

In empty space

Stand tall

After stumble and fall

Keep blind

From hate of mind

Clean my skin

From past sins

Search and grope

Through power of hope

Honesty that bears

With tearful shares

Learn to take

Every mistake

Dodge the holes

For my goals

Find the courage

For my written words

Seek and fight

Demons of the night

Run fast

From drugs past

Make restitution

With recovery solution

Help those

With humble modes

Find a smile

For the meek and mild

Be grateful today

My life was saved

Let love glow

In dark shadows

Happiness fly

With every try

Be kind today

Help the suffer pray

Lend a hand

For those in quicksand

Walk without fear

Holy Father is near

New chances sew and plow

Live 2016 here and now
