Shores Of Sisterhood

Shores Of Sisterhood

A Poem by Lady KrimZen

She often walked along the shores

In windy weather or fair.

But now my sister strolls no more

Nor will she tell many stories to me.

I did not even say “I love you”

When she came to me that summer’s day.

A wild thing I could never tame

But all the same, I’d thought she’d stay.

I’ve lost her, my sister, to the sea

Her footsteps fade away in the sand.

If only the waves would return her to me

So we can walk side by side again.
