Sometimes it rains on mountains

Sometimes it rains on love

Sometimes...

you need to run from the flood of tears before you find yourself drowning in its waves

Seeds  and scars of sorrow

swirl in once whispered words of love

Now those moments lay forgotten

in wilted beds of forgotten roses...

far from reach, where love no longer remains

Exiled in gardens only memories can breach

Haunted by the winds...

Amongst  the veils of banished dreams

Abandoned...

With only my memories

As my life slowly slips
