Glass Mirror

 

She walks into the bathroom
in a shadow of doom

Look into the mirror
and cries a single tear.

In it She is not reflected
but a crying girl sad and neglected

she screaming and crying
that she is dying

Tears stream down her face
never quite found her place

she can never go to sleep
eternally as she weeps

Suffering, shouting, hear my plea
please please somebody kill me

And it falls-a diamond tear
frozen in a crystal mirror

I walk away and ignore the past
finally I’m free at last.
