a poem about my ex.... i wrote it when we was together

It’s to good to be true, a man like you
It’s to good to be true, for you to be my boo
You had my heart from the very start; you grab it and wouldn’t let go
I never thought a man like you would ever come in my life, but here you are.
The way we meet up I didn’t think it was going to work out, but here we are still together
We have never spent time together, but we love each other with such a passion.

Baby I love you; I can’t wait to have your first child,
Start a family with you and be together forever.
I hope you’re not getting my hopes up; that will just crush my heart,
I have never loved a man as much as I love you boo.
I don’t want nothing more from you just your trust, love, child, and last name

I’m not going to lie I have had second thoughts about us,
Letting my friends fill my head up with silly s**t but at the end of the day I knew what was really good they was just hating on what I have.
I can’t think of life without you in it, I can’t imagine waking up and knowing that I don’t have you in my life,
My life will be incomplete if you leave me.

I want you to touch me in all the right places; hit it in all the right spots, in all the right spaces
Make love to me; take your time baby cause I’m not going anywhere
It’s all yours do what you want with it,
As long as you don’t hurt me I ain’t complaining.
Grab me tight and don’t let go, hold me all through the night just right

Baby I just want to be with you; in your arms if that’s just it
By your side through thick in thin, whatever that may be
I am ready to make that commitment to you, I’m not saying it’s going to be easy cause it’s not
I’m not perfect, I will try my best to make you happy, and that’s a promise.
