AS MY GOD COMMANDS

I DON'T DO CHURCH, BUT I GIVE PRAISE TO THE ONE AND ONLY

As I rise for the dust of darkness and the world’s despair

I remain confident of the Lord’s truth as his words declare.

Raising my head in the utmost belief,

To rebuke the devil and his will as I claim his defeat.

My moral compass stands in high command,

I tell it like it is-

AS MY GOD COMMANDS.

Storms will come and go just as the seasons change,

I rebuke negativity

AS MY GOD COMMANDS.

Stay in good faith as these lyrics pierce the mortal flesh,

And walk with the Lord-

AS MY GOD COMMANDS

Face your obstacles with integrity and steady your pace,

Dismiss your pride and go with grace.

You will witness your blessings if you believe,

Take your stance and you will achieve,

Be blessed and recognized- 

AS MY GOD COMMANDS.
