Suddenly Inconvenient Cure ?

Suddenly Inconvenient Cure ?

A Poem by Lucinda Bogart

You found it inconvenient when I asked you how and why

Then said I’d send you to an early grave for sure

I couldn’t help but contemplate the outcome
Would another question be the sudden cure?

This is so interesting. Why would we not understand that the interaction of two strangers that come to be together in a moment of time could not see fit to be truthful to the other until we found the answers we seek. Knowing the question will only lead to more questions until we have no more answers but only questions of why. This got my head working overtime. I liked it. I always am happy to have a piece leave my thoughts go into overdrive.

an intriguing bit of poetic thought - it made me want to turn the page, to look behind the words - well done.

This is different! I like it. I like the tone of your writing! It is good. I kept thinking what were these people doing before this? I have at times wondered the same thing when my mother would tell me that I would send her to an early grave! Great that you came up with an arguement! Great work!

Ah the web of the question and the answer. Does one lead to another or solve a life of wondering and soul searching? Such a very good piece with a message that runs much deeper then what some readers see. Very well done as always!
