The Undoing

The Undoing

A Poem by LA Lorena

Tremulous fingers uncertain

a momentary hesitation

a steeling breath in

silken straps

sunkissed shoulders

puddle

a gossamer pool

at her high-heeled feet

He licks his lips in anticipation

hungry for the taste of her

She smiles shyly,

ever the coquette

all innocence and pink -tinged flesh

now led away to temptation.

He silently wonders at her ability

to make him so hard

she smiles knowingly.

Why do they always

make it so damn easy?
