okay, damn...

i love both of these...

so sardonic.

the first one reminds me of "the lonely guy" with steve martin...

he walks into the restaurant and says "table for one" then the spotlight follows him to the table..

and the waiters come running out and grab all the other place settings and take them away...

the second...yes, i have a file drawer like that.

This was funny...got a chuckle out of me...first, because I don't allow people in my kitchen...it is MY domain...those who tread there do so at their own peril. Second, because I never complain about what is placed before me...that would be rude and impolite and ungrateful. I don't wonder that the world seems to be going to hell in a handbasket. People have forgotten common manners...they lack respect, even with complete strangers. It's a sad turn.

That first one made me laugh out loud...but you know, my Brit never complains about my cooking...A. I am an awesome cook, and B. I starve him all day so he'll pretty much eat anything I put in front of him...
