It seems odd:

That I'm fairly happy.

That I'm not in a perpetual state of depression and longing.

Its a new feeling, really.

Something seems a bit off:

That I don't hate myself.

I feel like people want me around.

Its a new feeling, really.

Since I've met you, I've felt better:

Not as broken.

Or as sad.

Its a new feeling, really.

And I know it won't last for long.
