The World with No Name

The World with No Name

A Poem by L4rn13
"

Delve into the wonderous misfortune that is my twisted mind...

"
Let us take a journey
To the world with no name,
Where butterflies eat you
And lions are insane.
Fireflies are daisies
And snakes have manes,
Again let's say
That the dangers are grave,
But to adventure you crave.
This upside down world
Where cats eat dogs
And hide in bogs.
The ravenous eagle
Flew with that poor beagle,
In the orange grass,
The hills have ears
Listening to fears,
The whisper so slight.
They send the stars
To twinkle and tackle any cars
For they hate man-made objects.
The hazards are stupendous!
But isn't that the risk we take?
To be honest our own world,
Is really what we make
For f**k sake.

Ohh, I love the imagery. And how the cluster of blurry-like photographs is juxtaposed with that brutal last line!
