Your Eyes

Your Eyes

A Poem by Kymele J. Garvin
"

Another random poem about unrequited love...

"
When I look at you, I see the stars
When you look at me, I tear a part
Because your eyes are so mesmerizing,
They're so beautiful, I can't help but choke,
In your eyes I hope, you see me that way too

While writing this short poem, I imagined it as a song somewhat similar to Nat King Cole's "Unforgettable" but with a female voice. Found myself singing it while I was writing. It only took two minutes. Short poems (and stories) like these are just small random instances of creativity. They come and go until another time...
