Motion

Motion

A Poem by Kyle J. Lawson
"

A Hard Rock/Progressive Rock song I wrote about turmoil.

"
{Verse 1}
With the,  stream of minds, you flow
Swimming toward the diamond in, the shallows

The Earth shakes, beneath you
Rattling your bones
Gusts of wind, force you down
And now you're all alone

{Pre-chorus 1}
Something strikes you
As you turn around

{Chorus 1}
A trickle of water
Drops into the ocean
Merging the, lost with the found
In a churning motion

{Verse 2}
Carried by, the sunlight, you find a way through
Breach the surface, to find,  your body renewed

The Earth trembles, beneath you
Rattling your bones
A gale of wind, knocks you down
And now you're still alone

{Pre-chorus 2}
Something strikes you
When you glance around

{Chorus 2}
A trickle of water
Drops into the ocean
Merging the lost, with the found
In a churning motion
Motion...
Motion...

{Bridge}
And something strikes you
When you turn around

Something strikes you
As you glance around

{Final Chorus}
A trickle of water
Drops into the ocean
Merging the lost, with the found
In a churning motion
Motion...

{Outro}
A trickle of water
Drops into the ocean
Merging the lost, with the found
In a churning motion
Motion...
Motion...

Here's the song if you wish to hear it. Be warned, I didn't warm up before singing.
