If I Was a Fox.A Poem by Kyani'm not sure what this is about. up to you. obviously that's a lie, i'm just too scared to say anything. If I Was a Fox.
If I was a fox, I would hold the oceans in my mouth Paintings of inari and rocks and grass A barren desert and me A mouth of succour and a heart branded from its hardening Literally hardening.
If I was a fox, I’d climb up a tree A cocoon I would make of trinkets and tea Stage a coupe to hold the readers accountable Me, I, the fox is getting sick of them I, me, believe you are too
Ivory sonic pallets Pellets of health Ink of death The scent of the former; the form of both my and its claws.
So dry is the ink of incs these days We’re all sick of this Because if I were a fox
I would surrogate the ocean, jewels and longswords, I would hold Serrated balls You would too
If you could see what I see. © 2021 KyanReviews
