Before The End Began

Before The End Began

A Poem by Kwiksie Ifediora
"

A death for lives.

"

There's more to me than this

Beyond this robotic form

This by nature is deformed;

Over the clueless groping with shackled arms

There lies something greater

Than everything that never was.

And there i sit in the center of it all.

The conclusion birthed origin

This determined before out of darkness, life came to being.

For though from the real the counterfeit did originate,

And its thwarted deceptions did cloak truth,

Of the potent obstacle, an event most miraculous;

Leaving the abyss of death, the license for living.

And yet the gravity of this to some remains dim,

Their ingratitude shuts its eyes to the sacrifice; Him.

Thus He weeps, as do I.

For victors perishing at the defeatist's whim

Because they choose to value the life without

Than that within.
