This is just a poem I wrote with a little bit of self-importance behind it. It is currently without a formal title, but as I may write more with the same feel and similar characters, it is called the 1st poem in The Twilight Court. Imagery is supposed to

"

A patchwork Knight,
He stands and falls.
But even in the dead night,
Comes when she calls.

The broken Queen.
Beauty in a shattered dream.
Stance heavy with a lean.
Tragedy in a wondrous moonbeam.

The quest for the Knight
Is to forsake his bliss
And in her plight,
Raise her for stars to kiss.
