Mom, I Love You

Mom, I Love You

A Poem by Krystall
"

My mother asked me to write a poem about her, this is what I came up with.

"
When I look at her
I see me.
We have the same
Chocolate brown eyes,
The same huge smile,
The same round chin,
The same shade of
Light brown hair.
This woman
Smiling at me,
Laughing with me,
Holding me when I cry,
Telling me about who I am.
She has the warmest
Of hugs and the sweetest
Of kisses.
If only I could
Give her the world,
Give her strength.
I owe her
My life,
My soul,
My everything.
She stayed strong,
Stayed loving,
Stayed vibrant.
My mother,
My world.
Words cannot describe
How much I love you.
I learned how to care
From you,
How to love,
From you,
How to stay strong,
From you.
Mommy...
I love you.
