Obsidian lonelinessA Poem by Krystal JonesI have over the last few years come to realize a relatively harsh truth. No matter who you are with, you are always alone.Wandering into the haze sinking into the forest revealing the rugged landscape of sorrow's confusion. Bleak and gray peaks cloaked in a shroud of rain I've stumbled into the obsidian night of my pain. On the surface I smile and wave but beneath the veneer my heart is as black as the grave this choking fog I cannot clear. Only the closest of my friends know I'm lost in here and though they draw near there is no way to prevent how this ends I am alone I fear. - Krystal Jones © 2015 Krystal JonesReviews
