Carnival

Carnival for me is associated with an infinite joyous feeling. It is a painting of an unbounded energy that convey serenity at heart!

Dazzling lights shimmer
awhile, at a distance
Bursting fireworks crackle
with flair and flamboyance

Colored confetti flutter
doing a wayward prance,
Frosted chocolate melts
lost in a subtle savoury trance!

Flamenco near the firelight
entwined embers, an exquisite dance
hearts aloft meander
chronicling the carnival motif, perchance!

For me carnival is not just an event but a feeling. As all feelings go, it is indefinite.. So it can include even a flamingo! Flights of creativity!
