So I wrote this a while ago when I was starting to like this guy. I'll explain it more below though!! And I hope you like it! :) The hidden message is: I shouldn't have let you go <3

Love Me Once Again

You can put the blame on me,

Cuz I'm the reason,

Why we're both lonely,

Well I didn't want to say no,

But I knew that it was right to do,

Cuz he was still on my mind,

And I didn't want you to feel like,

I was replacing you

If I had only said yes,

The first time around,

I wouldn't be where,

I am right now,

Wouldn't be begging on my knees,

For you to so much as look at me,

Cuz baby can't you see,

I'm trying as hard as I can,

To get you to love me once again

Every once in a while,

I pick up my phone,

And give you a call,

But after one ring or two,

It says that you're not available,

I wish I could go back to that day,

When you weren't afraid to talk to me,

Cuz I miss you always,

Being in my reach

If I had only said yes,

The first time around,

I wouldn't be where,

I am right now,

And curl my hair just how you like it,

Author's Note

So I wrote this after a really confusing time. I've like the same guy since I was three and I found out a guy I was sort of friends with liked me. I felt really bad and I sort of liked him, too, but all I could think about was the guy that I liked forever. After a while a kind of accepted that I had a better shot at being with this guy than the guy I've always liked, and I started to really like him. But at this point, he stopped talking to me because he knew that I liked someone else. So I wrote this song :) I hope you like it! Feel free to comment and review!
