So ya I wrote this around Christmas time because I wanted to write a Christmas song. I know it's summer now but I still wanted to put my songs up in order! Hope you like it! < 3

Christmas With You By My Side

Baby don't you know,

That I'd do anything,

To get you to know,

Just one simple thing,

I want you to know,

Just how much I love you baby,

I wanna hang up the mistletoe,

Right over my front door,

And invite you over for a while

Cuz I just wanna have,

A Christmas with you by my side,

A Christmas with you standing there,

Arms open wide,

Have snowball fights,

On winter nights,

And have a kiss,

Underneath that mistletoe,

Cuz baby don't you know,

I wanna have a Christmas with you by my side

The sweet smell of pine,

Right from the Christmas tree,

Decorated with ornaments,

And a bunch of snowflakes,

Well baby grab my hand,

And bring me out onto the lake,

Make figure 8's with my iceskates,

I may fall down a little more than you,

But I know that you'll be there,

To pick me up when I fall

Cuz I just wanna have,

A Christmas with you by my side,

A Christmas with you standing there,

Author's Note

So I know it's really weird that I'm posting a Christmas song in August but I actually wrote this in December. I started writing music in the May of 2011 and I've been writing the songs on here in order of the times that I wrote them. I still have a ton to post after this, but right now I'm in December, so here's the Christmas song I wrote. I felt kinda stupid writing it on here haha! I know it's not like an awesome Christmas song but one day I was just like heyy I should write a Christmas song! And this is what I came up with! Haha, anyways hope you like it! Feel free to comment and review! Sorry again for the bad timing! Haha.

Wow, this is really beautiful and amazing. I love reading your songs they're so sweet and realistic to me. I feel like I can connect to them too! Spending Christmas with that special someone has always been one of my romantic tasks to do :D Hopefully one day it'll come true! I think the best part is hanging the mistletoe and smile because you know he really wants to kiss you. Anywho, I do have some favorite parts to this.
