Let Loves Lawlessness SufficeA Poem by KrishnaA Marlowe's like piece on the follies of the affections...
To choose is not our fortune’s weight,
Friends arrive unbidden, lovers depart in surprise,
An agony or a blessing of our shared lives,
Who ever loved that did not love blindly,
For relationships are fated, even with
The best of our heart-felt intentions,
We wish that all should win in these matters,
But love never made a good loser out of anyone,
It lies not in our power therefore, to love or to hate,
Let all takers come, and let all who come be taken,
Whom we love most are censored to our eyes,
That we may visit the best in them before the dark,
Who ever was cheated, by love’s first appraisal,
We are alive with too much care to follow rational laws.
