To reap what one sowsA Poem by M.a. BenjaminWrote this in a matter of minutes. Not sure if it's any good but i wanted to write something, so i wrote this.To reap what one sows Is a trial not easily passed There is consequence of action Mixed like a cocktail with what might have been There is an ache in the brain A Torment gnawing like a dog at one’s heart There is disbelief in grief A Pain that runs like blood through one’s veins There is no compassion for the wicked No remorse for one’s deeds To reap what one sows Is the gavel of fate, and judgment passed © 2010 M.a.
