Well I think it is a interesting twist on love. Although I have known plenty who are like this. Feelings so strong that only in pain can it be satisfied. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the visit! The speaker is saying she wants pain, not necessarily to feel again but because she likes it. She has love and pained intertwined.
