Transparency

You see me. Like the sun shining through a crystalline pool of twinkling water, you see me. I am transparent, translucent, transpicuous... You see the good, you see the bad and the in between. You see me.

And I loved it and I fought it and I accepted it... But now I rejoice in it. For what do we want but to be seen? Truly seen beyond the eyes of love, beyond the touch of lust. To be seen for who we are, for who we can be. For who we will be.

Fortune smiles upon me, I have been enlightened. Elevated beyond measure and granted my deepest request. I am lost in your wondrous regard. And forever there I'll stay. Transfixed and frozen, preserved in the timelessness of your gaze. You see me.
