Give Me ThoughtsA Poem by Katarzyna Anna KoziorowskaI'm afraid of your wronged hope that God is in control of the world. I'm running from your faith in what never belonged to us. I want to smell your fettered silence, but I did not deserve your indifference, a naive journey deep into the suburban purgatory. I got lost on my overpopulated island again. I got on the train again, which will derail against the timetable. Don't avoid my dreams, give me thoughts I didn't deserve. All I want today is the beastly hope the emptiness of your arms will never leave me. Help me open the window because the door has been locked for several generations.
