Love Hurts

My feelings about a boy that I can't seem to let go.

You said you'd never leave me.

I believed you.

You said you wanted me.

I believed you.

You said you trusted me.

I believed you.

You lied. 

 

Your eyes,

make me trust you.

Your touch,

makes me feel secure.

Your kiss,

makes me want you.

All of which are foolish.

I keep coming back.

I keep believing you changed.

I keep chasing after you.

Only to be hurt yet again.

But now?

Now I'm done.

I want nothing to do with you.

You should be gone, out of my life.

All you do is  hurt me.

Make me cry.

But I still continue to love you.

And I don't know why.
