Brother, now answer me and tell me why people have changed?

Has there even been a beautiful time before?

Did they notice the existence of that time 

They forget how to love

and lost their heart to care 
I have forgotten how to just hear, love and care, no longer but lost
Turning their backs while working while living 

The jealous eye filled with murderous intent

Though they see the end, they’re still hungry

Now are you satisfied?

Why won’t we look each other in the eye anymore?

Why won’t we communicate? Why won’t we love?

We shed tears at the painful reality once again

Please say that we could change things if we want

Tell me

At some point, we have voluntarily

Trapped ourselves in a smart prison

We base our personalities from

A digital world made of 0’s and 1’s

There’s no life, emotion or warmth

But just garbage language

A desolately rolling meadow

There’s a wilderness of a self-desolated one

Lonliness increases as days go by

As human beings we can only be hurt.

If only we can all be thankful

For the blessed days that grant us life

If only we can make new relationships

Joyful love rather than broken hearts

If only we can all smile together

I’m grateful to be allowed to live in this blessed days

Every day creating new ties

Sharing good love with everyone rather than shhatered hearts

Sadly, it's true. Times have changed. There was a time when you didn't have to worry about locking your door, or taking a walk at night. It seems that people are becoming more focused on themselves. The way people communicate has especially changed. Instead of talking on the phone, people send texts. It seems so impersonal. Nowadays, I've noticed that everyone is so glued to their phones, that they rarely communicate, or even notice each other. Children would rather play video games than go outside. You misspelled the word "shattered" on the third line of the last stanza. Well written.

Thanks though I don’t agree with the first part. It’s very safe here in Japan that I’m in currently. Never locked any of my doors. Also where I’m from South Korea, I never lock my doorbell never had a problem and it’s safe to wander outside even for woman.

I think sometimes how life's on 120 speed and changing in every seconds....flip flop of everything...the days of good are still found in the crowd of technology!
It's all upon us in with which intention we've began the search....hope you enjoy your good days and handle the bad with calm consciousness...

A very insightful poem, about how humanity is changing and being affected by the modern age of technology and advancements with the passing of time. And it affects the simple human acts of kindness, listening and caring in general. As they become fewer and less often projected to each and everyone in general.
