Granulated Skin

The pain in my heart is still cold

It hasn't melted yet

But at some point, you started 

to come into my heart

Like the granulated skin on the scar

Your warm hands touch me 

As if it's fake, you cure me

But at some point, you remove the scars of my soul 
You make me live again 

I think about the cheerful you

You are the person who always makes me laugh and smile

You are the person who comforts me when things are hard with just your laugh

This is really nice and sweet, (presuming you are writing about your daughter?) and very true. Having people like this in life is really important. Your poem has an underlying feeling of darkness that melts away with every line. I really like that effect. Also, the girl, in the pictures, is really cute! I wish you all the best!

Ok...the first must thing I gotta say is...this little girl is really cute😊
And the poem has got something like Frozen touch! Someone magical comes and heals the heart which was left to sore without any hope....
And at the last lines...the confessions to the magical for giving new life was beautiful to read!!
