I slit the throat of reality
Slice myself and cry for their insanity
I wake up to this nightmare
I'm tired of living this way
The same way day after day

I trust nothing but pain and hatred to survive
Sleep with one eye open
A fist against my face, they bring me to my knees
The pressure's crushing down so hard I can't break free
I've had to suffer the shame

My hunger for your blood keeps me alive
I just want to make you bleed like me

A puppet of their sick perversion's appetite
Will I be trapped in this hell until I die?
Will you save me?

I don't even recognize myself
Cause everything I've tried left me hallow inside
