A Chapter by Kohleen

After Tristan, I tried to change who I was.
I stole a boat from the village's army and sailed out into the great water. Alone. Without a soul to harm.
I tried to block out the voices, the faces, but without anywhere to sign them off - no life except waves and water - they only grew greater, denser in the vast capacity of my consciousness.
Those days were the worst, driving me to the point of near insanity.
Though I have never stopped trying.
