A poem for those in the Boston Marathon

This poem is meant to honor all of those who were affected by the Boston Marathon Explosion. I just want to pray for all of those affected by the violent attacks.

Warning Explicit

I know something like this can push a country to its limit

We get sad and scared

Because we were unprepared

And we know what happened was unfair

So for that little girl and her family we pray

And for all of the victims we pray

Because when happens a tragedy like that happens it’s too hard to fathom a reason

Cause for something like that there should never be a season

So I just think of all those affected

And pray that God would help their families after something this unexpected

 

It’s just hard man

To think why the heck would someone do this?

It’s just cruel

An I know it hurts

And I know it seems so foolish

But we have to help our brothers and sisters get through this

 

So to those affected I offer my prayers

And to those affected I say I am truly sorrowed

And I pray that God might watch over us for a better tomorrow

Cause God can do anything

Even get you through some of the darkest pits

Even something as senseless as this

 

RIP all of those lost

And prayers out to all of those affected

This was a sad day. All parts of this world is feeling and knowing useless killing. If we look at history. USA had a lot of violence. Desperation will cause more problems. I pray and feel great sadness for the families of the victims. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on a difficult topic.

To try to cause chaos and anger and hate
They try to tear us down
And all we do is stand taller longer
